The Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam (BKS) on Monday hosted the launch of ‘RANGOON SRAAPPU’, a novel by esteemed author and advocate Abdul Jaleel Abdulla, known by his pen name ‘Jaleelio’.
The event, part of the BKSDC International Book Fair and Cultural Fest going on at Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam, featured insightful speeches from prominent literary figures, each highlighting the profound impact of storytelling and literature on society.
Journalist Unni Balakrishnan on the Power of Storytelling
Renowned journalist and author Unni Balakrishnan emphasized storytelling’s pivotal role in human civilization.
He reflected on the divine act of creation, noting that while deities crafted various life forms, humans were uniquely endowed with the gift of storytelling.
