The Police Directorate has held an event at Bab Al Bahrain to inform visitors of this landmark in the history of Bahraini police and the forces' role in protecting security and general order.
The event was held in cooperation with the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) and some directorates of the Interior Ministry.
The event included a parade of mounted police and a display of the old uniforms of Bahraini police personnel. The event aimed to highlight Bahraini heritage, and enhance the tourism experience.
