Bahraini women hailed for labour-related achievements

His Excellency Youssef bin Abdul-Hussein Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labour, has emphasised that Bahraini women have achieved numerous labour-related gains under the prosperous reign of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
This progress has been supported by the continuous efforts and follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
This support has contributed to creating more opportunities for women and enacting national legislations that facilitate their integration into various productive sectors of the labor market in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Opening ceremony This statement was made by the Minister during his participation in the opening ceremony of the Tenth Conference for Working Women, organised by the General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions.
