Retail Employees’ Day, commonly referred to as RED, is a day to honour the backbone of the retail sector — the retail employees. At Mega Mart and Macro Mart, it recognises and acknowledges the vital role played by the retail team.
This day is celebrated with the intent to “Connect,” as office employees visit the outlets to meet and connect with the shop floor teams. They will also share their thoughts on significance of this day, present gifts to every team and express their gratitude on the Appreciation Board.
