The Kingdom of Bahrain continues its celebrations of its National Day and the anniversary of the accession of His Majesty the King to the throne and the accompanying national events, where the Celebrate Bahrain Season offers an array of cultural, entertainment and sporting activities that cater to all age groups and tastes, reflecting the significance of this cherished national event.

The Celebrate Bahrain Season 2024, organised by BTEA under the theme “Celebrate Bahrain: Every Celebration Tells a Story”, is a convergence of cultures and the rich Bahraini heritage.

The highlight of these celebrations will be the fireworks displays, illuminating the skies of Bahrain with vibrant colours, expressing joy and festivity at eight different locations across the Kingdom, including Water Garden City, Bahrain Bay and the Bahrain International Circuit.

These events have become an integral part of the annual celebrations, creating unforgettable moments for citizens, residents and visitors alike.

Among the prominent events of this season is the “Muharraq Nights Festival”, transforming the historic streets of Muharraq into a captivating destination filled with heritage, creativity and art.

Running until the end of December, the festival offers diverse activities for everyone, from children enjoying workshops and entertainment areas to art and history enthusiasts exploring historic homes and unique dining experiences along the Pearling Path.

This festival is organised in coordination between Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) and the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA).

Shopping centres across the Kingdom of Bahrain are also gearing up to welcome visitors with exclusive entertainment offerings for this national occasion. Notable among these is The Avenues Bahrain, which hosts the “Winter Village” event, inviting visitors to enjoy a unique winter experience filled with engaging activities and vibrant exhibitions.

The activity takes its guests on a magical journey, immersing them in lively and warm winter atmospheres. Other shopping destinations, including Moda Mall, Dragon City Bahrain, City Centre Bahrain, and Al Liwan, will feature exclusive shopping experiences and promotions in celebration of the occasion.
