HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets the Chairman of the BCCI

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met today with the Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), HE Sameer Abdulla Nass, to discuss Bahrain's economic priorities and the role of the private sector in the Kingdom's development.

HRH reaffirmed Bahrain’s steadfast commitment to advancing its economic framework and enhancing the Kingdom’s competitiveness, in line with the comprehensive development goals championed by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

During the meeting, HRH highlighted the strategic importance of a robust partnership between the public and private sectors, emphasizing that such collaboration is crucial for achieving economic diversification. He lauded the BCCI’s pivotal role in empowering the private sector to contribute to Bahrain’s overarching development aspirations.

“Our focus remains on attracting investments that drive growth and unlock new opportunities for Bahrain’s people,” HRH stated. “The achievements of Team Bahrain, built on strong cooperation between sectors, reflect our shared commitment to realizing the Kingdom’s aspirations and enhancing Bahrain’s regional and global standing.”

HE Sameer Abdulla Nass expressed gratitude for HRH’s continued support of the private sector, acknowledging the impact of the government’s initiatives on fostering economic growth and innovation.

The meeting was attended by senior government officials, including the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, HE Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, and the Minister of Industry and Commerce, HE Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro.
