ASRY CEO congratulates leadership on Bahrain football team’s Gulf Cup triumph

Dr Ahmed AlAbri, Chief Executive Officer of the Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY), has offered heartfelt congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), and His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC).

This comes in celebration of Bahrain’s national football team securing the Gulf Cup for the second time in its history during the 26th edition of the tournament.

Dr AlAbri, said, “We’re immensely proud of the national team’s outstanding performance and their unity on the pitch, which brought this wellearned victory. It shows the great strides Bahraini sports have made in recent years.”

He added, “This achievement adds another chapter to Bahrain’s record of sporting success, made possible by the steady support and encouragement of the wise leadership for the sports sector. Their ongoing backing continues to inspire excellence and raise the bar for athletes across the Kingdom.”
