Kingdom of Bahrain and United States Reaffirm Strong Strategic Partnership
Manama, Bahrain – His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a telephone call from Kamala Harris, Vice President of the United States of America, during which both leaders discussed the robust and historic relations between Bahrain and the United States and explored ways to further enhance cooperation across various domains.
During the call, Vice President Harris commended Bahrain’s pivotal role in fostering ties with the United States, emphasizing its position as a key strategic partner contributing significantly to regional security, stability, and peace. She highlighted Bahrain’s unwavering commitment to strengthening relations and collaboration at international levels.
His Majesty the King underscored the longstanding partnership between the two nations, rooted in mutual respect, shared objectives, and collaborative efforts to address global challenges. His Majesty expressed gratitude to Vice President Harris for her dedication to advancing the Bahrain-US partnership.
Meanwhile, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, also received a telephone call from Vice President Harris. The discussions focused on bilateral relations and strategies to further deepen cooperation between the two countries.
Vice President Harris reiterated her appreciation for Bahrain’s leadership under His Majesty King Hamad in promoting regional security and peace. She acknowledged Bahrain's importance as a strategic ally and praised the strength of the relationship across various sectors.
