Millions in Bids Submitted for Major Government Projects: Al Malikiyah Sewage Network a Key Focus

The Bahrain Tender Board opened bids for six significant government projects, receiving a total of 30 submissions from local and international firms.

 The lowest bids totaled over 5.5 million Bahraini dinars, demonstrating considerable interest in various sectors. While final contract awards are pending, the lowest bids submitted offer a glimpse into key investment areas.

 The most substantial bid submitted was for a new sewage network in Al Malikiyah, with Abdulkarim Al Jahromi Contracting W.L.L. submitting the lowest offer at 3.44 million dinars.

 The Bahrain Food Festival also attracted significant interest, with Motiv8 Events and Media W.L.L submitting the lowest bid of 379,000 dinars to organise the ninth edition.

 In the oil and gas sector, Tata Saudi Arabia for Engineering Consultancy submitted the lowest bid of 1.33 million dinars for specialised engineering services at the Bapco Refinery. Gulf Air's tender for menu printing saw Arabian Impressions Printing W.L.L submit the lowest bid of 5,280 dinars.

 Finally, Bahrain National Insurance Co. B.S.C. (Closed) submitted the only bid for the Bahrain International Circuit's asset insurance, totaling 143,497 dinars.
