Bahrain Oncology Center Receives National Diamond Accreditation

The Royal Medical Services' Bahrain Oncology Centre has been awarded the esteemed National Diamond Accreditation by the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA), a recognition of its outstanding healthcare services and commitment to patient care excellence.
Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Ansari, CEO of the NHRA, presented the accreditation certificate to Brigadier General Dr. Shaikh Fahad bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Medical Services (RMS), during a formal ceremony.
Dr. Al Ansari highlighted NHRA's dedication to supporting healthcare institutions in achieving significant milestones, further solidifying Bahrain’s position as a regional leader in advanced healthcare. He noted that this accreditation affirms the center's adherence to the highest standards of quality and governance in patient care.
In addition to the Diamond Accreditation, the Bahrain Oncology Centre was named a "Centre of Excellence in Governance." This designation acknowledges its robust governance framework, transparency, and collaborative culture, all of which prioritize patient safety and enhance trust.
The NHRA grants this prestigious national accreditation to healthcare institutions in Bahrain for a four-year period. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance quality, governance, and transparency in the Kingdom's healthcare sector.
