NIA Bahrain Unveils New Digital-Enabled Motor Claims Office to Enhance Customer Service

The function was hosted by Ms. Nimisha Sunil Kadam, COO, NIA Bahrain, in the presence of the  Director of Intercol, Mr. Abdulrahman Ali Alwazan other dignitaries, distinguished guests, and staff of NIA.

The New Claims office is fully digital-enabled and will ensure faster turnaround time of all motor claims settlements from accident to final settlement. The claim process is fully automated, linking the accident-affected claimant to Vehicle towing, 24X7 Roadside Assistance, Car Replacement, Online E-Traffic claim intimation, a wide network of Garage selection for repairs, immediate online approvals, and Online payments.

NIA also launched at the hands of the Ambassador, H.E Mr. Vinod K. Jacob a low-cost medical insurance policy “Sehati Salamah”.This policy will give one more affordable low-cost option to the residents of Bahrain to cover their medical needs. The insured member will have access to basic outpatient medical care at a well-established designated Medical Service Provider. This policy covers an individual and his family member, including spouse and children for a premium as low as BD 5/- per month per member* (T&C apply) for a Sum Insured of BD 1500 for each person. The entry age is from 18-65 years and newborn children can be covered after 90 days.

With the opening of its new office and the launch of new products, NIA hopes to continue providing affordable options to the residents of Bahrain in catering to their insurance needs.
