HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa meets with the Lord Mayor of the City of London

His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tamkeen, held discussions today with the Rt Hon the Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman Alastair King.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman’s leadership of a high-level Bahraini delegation at the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting in Davos.

During the talks, HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman underscored the enduring strength of Bahrain-UK relations and the significance of their strategic partnership across various sectors. He highlighted the sustained growth of ties between the two Kingdoms, emphasizing their mutual commitment to furthering collaboration and achieving shared aspirations.

The meeting explored avenues to enhance multisectoral cooperation, with HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman emphasizing the importance of leveraging the strategic partnership to create opportunities that benefit both nations and their citizens.

Key regional and international developments were also reviewed, along with topics of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Bahrain’s Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and other senior officials, further reinforcing Bahrain’s commitment to international collaboration at the global forum.
