HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa attends the “New Approaches to Measuring Growth Beyond GDP” session at Davos

His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tamkeen, participated in the session “New Approaches to Measuring Growth Beyond GDP” held at the Saudi House. The event was part of HH’s leadership of a high-level Bahraini delegation at the 55th World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting in Davos.

During the session, HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman underscored the exemplary nature of Bahrain-Saudi bilateral relations, attributing their strength and depth to the visionary leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

HH Shaikh Isa also praised the dedication of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in advancing cooperation and coordination between the two Kingdoms.

Highlighting the shared history and deep-rooted ties between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, HH Shaikh Isa noted how this enduring partnership has continuously evolved, fostering stronger collaboration and joint initiatives.

HH Shaikh Isa commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its unprecedented achievements across various fields, which have solidified its status as a global leader. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia’s successes also contribute to Bahrain’s progress and regional development, reflecting the intertwined prosperity of the two nations.

Concluding his remarks, HH Shaikh Isa wished the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continued success and prosperity under its visionary leadership.

The session was also attended by Bahrain’s Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and other senior officials, further highlighting Bahrain’s commitment to regional and international collaboration.
