Bahrain’s Ministry of Youth Affairs Receives ISO 9001:2015 Certification for Excellence in Service Delivery

Bahrain’s Ministry of Youth Affairs has further solidified its commitment to quality service delivery by receiving the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification. The certification, which recognizes organizations for their exceptional quality management systems, marks a significant achievement in the Ministry’s dedication to meeting the needs and aspirations of the nation’s youth.
The certification was officially presented to Her Excellency Ms. Rawan bint Najib Tufeki, the Minister of Youth Affairs, by Mr. Adel Nazeer, Chairman of Thinkprox, a leading global certification body. Minister Tufeki highlighted that the Ministry's ongoing efforts to improve its systems and services align with global best practices, ensuring that youth centers and institutions under the Ministry’s jurisdiction maintain high-quality services.
“We are continually striving to enhance the services we offer, reflecting the rapid changes in the youth sector. The renewal of our ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in all our operations,” said Minister Tufeki. “By adhering to these standards, we are empowering the youth of Bahrain and strengthening their role in building a sustainable future for the Kingdom.”
The Minister also praised the collective efforts of the Ministry’s team, whose dedication has been essential in securing this milestone. She emphasized that achieving this certification is a responsibility to maintain a high level of service delivery and to continually innovate in support of the youth sector.
With this achievement, the Ministry of Youth Affairs continues to pave the way for effective practices and modern solutions that contribute to the growth and development of Bahrain’s youth, aligning with the Kingdom’s broader vision for a prosperous future.
