Tamkeen Supports Wage Increases for 31 Bahraini Employees at ART Hotel & Resort

The Labour Fund "Tamkeen" has announced its support for wage increases for 31 Bahraini employees at ART Hotel & Resort. This support is facilitated through Tamkeen's Wage Increment Program, designed to encourage private sector businesses to increase wages for Bahraini employees while fostering clear career development paths.

This initiative aligns with Tamkeen's 2025 strategic priorities, which emphasize enhancing the competitiveness of Bahraini workers in the private sector, equipping them with relevant skills, and supporting the growth and sustainability of businesses.

Mr. Khalid Al Bayat, Chief Growth Officer at Tamkeen, stated, "The hospitality sector is crucial to Bahrain's economy, employing over 30,000 individuals. We are committed to supporting businesses that provide employment and career development opportunities for Bahraini talent."
