Recently, I had the privilege of attending the exclusive launch evening of Lyra, the latest creation from the award-winning team behind Masso. The event was a vibrant affair, complete with live music, captivating entertainment, and a striking photo booth that added to the lively atmosphere. The night promised an unforgettable culinary adventure, and Lyra certainly delivered.

The dining experience at Lyra began with an array of starters that highlighted the restaurant’s commitment to fresh ingredients and bold, creative flavors. The Bread Basket was a delightful assortment of homemade focaccia, pita bread, and a touch of Greek oregano, filling the air with warm, comforting aromas.

The Warm Aubergine brought a smoky and tangy profile to the table, beautifully balanced with lemon, garlic-honey dressing, and creamy tahini. Tuna Akami, a Japanese-inspired dish, featured perfectly cured tuna enhanced by chili horseradish and a subtle hint of truffle.
