RCSI Bahrain, RCO sign MoU
The Royal college of Surgeons in Ireland – Medical University of Bahrain (RCSI Bahrain) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) for a series of community, charitable and educational activities.
The object of the MoU is to promote collaboration between the two parties to bring potential benefits to people and communities locally, regionally and internationally.
As part of the MoU, RCSI Bahrain will aim to make a donation to the RCO on an annual basis, as well as supporting the charity’s Orphan Graduation Ceremony and providing relevant health information to widows in Bahrain. The MoU was signed during a meeting on the RCSI Bahrain campus in Busaiteen by RCSI President Professor Sameer Otoom and RCO Assistant Secretary General for Planning and Charity Resources Development Yusuf Al Yaqoob.
