H.E. Maha Abdulhameed Mofeez, Tamkeen’s Chief Executive, emphasised that supporting Bahraini youth has always been a key focus for the Labour Fund.
She noted that Tamkeen offers various programs and initiatives to provide training and essential support, helping young Bahrainis develop their skills, enter the workforce, and explore opportunities in entrepreneurship and success.
Mofeez was speaking as she took part in the 4th edition of the Arab Youth Leadership Forum, held under the umbrella of the 2025 World Governments Summit in the United Arab Emirates.
This edition was held under the theme “Shaping the Governments of the Future” bringing together global thought leaders, experts, and decision-makers from across the globe.
Tamkeen’s participation in the summit aimed to showcase the Kingdom’s experience in empowering youth competencies for entering and succeeding in the labor market and the private sector.
Mofeez participated in a panel discussion titled “Youth in the Private Sector: Arab Government Experiences for Changing Collective Mindsets and Redefining Golden Opportunities in Entrepreneurship and Employment in the Private Sector”.
She underscored that Tamkeen’s support to the youth aligns with its core objectives, which include positioning Bahraini employees as the preferred choice in the labor market.
By investing in youth, Tamkeen aims to establish a strong foundation of skilled national talent, ultimately enhancing productivity across private sector institutions.
