BACA planting campaign today
The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities is launching a planting campaign in the Arts Centre garden in dedication of Bahrain Martyr’s Day today. To commemorate the sacrifices of the people of Bahrain and the efforts of the Bahrain Defence Force in maintaining the gains and achievements of the Kingdom, the BACA plans to launch a planting campaign at 11am today. The event is open to the public on the occasion of Martyr’s Day to sow 100 jasmine flower seeds in the Arts Centre garden by the Bahrain National Museum.
The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities emphasises the role of culture in the revival of national events and promote local cultural identity and awareness of the Kingdom of Bahrain with all its long history.
The BACA is celebrating national holidays between December 15 and 23 through 12 events and offers a variety of activities to suit all family members. More detail on the events can be had by visiting Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities’s website at culture.gov.bh.
