Bahrain Scientific Centre Hosts Cinema Evening for Bahrain Sports Day

The Bahrain Scientific Centre for Sustainable Development Goals, affiliated with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, organised a special cinema evening in celebration of Bahrain Sports Day.
The event featured a screening of the documentary Golden Girls, followed by a discussion session with the film’s production team, highlighting key stages of its development and the role of girls in advancing Bahraini sports.
The evening was attended by several dignitaries, including Shaikha Dawa bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Lamaa Authority and producer of Golden Girls, alongside officials from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and representatives from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
