Kozhikode Jilla Pravasi Forum (KPF) Organizes Mega Medical Camp in Bahrain

The Kozhikode Jilla Pravasi Forum (KPF) successfully organized a mega medical camp on Friday, February 28, 2025, at KIMSHEALTH Hospital, Umm Al Hassam. Running from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, the event received an overwhelming response, benefiting over 400 individuals through comprehensive health services.

The medical camp was officially inaugurated by Dr. Amarjit Kaur Sandhu, who praised the initiative for its dedication to community health and well-being. KPF President Sudheer Thirunilath presided over the event, while General Secretary Arun Prakash extended a warm welcome to all attendees.

A key highlight of the camp was the distribution of membership cards to newly registered KPF members. The distribution ceremony was inaugurated by Mrs. Madhuri Prakash, Director of Quality Education School, who presented the first set of cards to Membership Wing Convener Mithun Nadapuram.

Several esteemed dignitaries graced the occasion, including Dr. Kritika (KIMSHEALTH Hospital Admin), Francis Kaithanath (Managing Director, Bahrain Media City), and KPF Patrons KT Saleem, U K Balan, and Jamal Kuttikkattil. KPF Treasurer Sujith Soman also conveyed his greetings, emphasizing the importance of community-driven initiatives for the well-being of expatriates.

Charity Wing Convener Sajith Velikulangara delivered the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all participants, volunteers, and sponsors for their unwavering support. The event was efficiently moderated by KPF executive members and women's wing representatives, with Ladies’ Wing Convener Sajna Shanub skillfully conducting the proceedings.

The mega medical camp underscored KPF’s ongoing commitment to serving the community and promoting health awareness among expatriates. The forum looks forward to organizing more such initiatives in the future, further strengthening its mission of unity and service.
