25 hotel workers cleared of breach charges

A court has cleared 25 hotel employees of illegal work charges after ruling they had valid permits, despite claims they were working for the wrong company.
The Lower Criminal Court found that the workers were employed at the locations specified in their permits.
Their presence at a site managed by a different firm did not break the law or amount to working without authorisation.
