HM King Hamad Receives Shaikh Nasser and Royal Charity Foundation Officials

On March 10, 2025, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Honorary President of the Royal Charity Foundation (RHF), received Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, along with other officials from the Royal Charity Foundation, and a group of children affiliated with the organization, at Al Sakhir Palace.

During the meeting, Shaikh Nasser and RHF officials expressed their heartfelt gratitude to His Majesty for his continuous support and care for orphans, widows, and the general humanitarian work carried out by the foundation. The King was especially pleased to meet with the children, who are beneficiaries of the RHF’s services, and praised the organization's ongoing efforts to improve their lives and future prospects.

His Majesty King Hamad commended the Royal Charity Foundation's humanitarian efforts in supporting those in need both within Bahrain and globally. He praised the remarkable achievements of the foundation and its role in providing vital aid and services to orphans and widows, further enhancing the Kingdom’s positive global reputation.

Additionally, His Majesty emphasized that Bahrain’s tradition of charity and humanitarian work is deeply rooted in the nation's culture and values, drawing from Islamic teachings and the spirit of unity and solidarity within Bahraini society. He extended his best wishes to the foundation, hoping it continues to develop its services and provide further support to those in need.

Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of RHF, conveyed his heartfelt thanks to the King, highlighting the organization's milestones and its recent Silver Jubilee celebrations. He expressed appreciation for the King’s leadership and continued patronage of the foundation, which has helped enhance its mission of humanitarian work and support for Bahrain's citizens.

Mariam Abdullah Al Ruwaihi, a student from the RHF, also shared touching words of gratitude, emphasizing the love and care the children receive from the foundation and His Majesty. She acknowledged the King's important role in shaping the future of the Kingdom and the positive impact of the foundation's work on their lives.

In his closing remarks, Shaikh Nasser reaffirmed the RHF’s commitment to empowering the children under its care and providing them with opportunities to contribute to Bahrain’s development.
