Bahrain International Airport (BIA) received the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award for Best Airport at Arrivals globally by Airports Council International (ACI).

The award recognises BIA’s commitment to providing an exceptional passenger experience and reinforcing its position as a leading airport in the region and worldwide.

The ASQ programme, the world’s leading airport customer experience measurement and benchmarking system, bases its awards on passenger feedback collected through surveys conducted throughout 2024.

Strategic approach

BIA’s success in securing this award is attributed to a strategic, data driven approach to improving the arrival experience, including structured data collection, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous service enhancement in compliance with ACI’s ASQ programme standards.
