HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and Prime Minister hosts iftar for MOI senior officers

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, hosted an iftar banquet for senior officers and officials of the Ministry of Interior (MOI) at the Public Security Officers’ Club today.

Accompanying HRH were His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Tamkeen, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Upon arrival, HRH was greeted by His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior.

HRH the Crown Prince praised the MOI’s development efforts, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. He emphasized the Ministry's key role in ensuring the security and safety of Bahrain’s citizens and residents.

Highlighting the importance of security as the foundation of progress, HRH commended the Ministry's commitment to improving policing and services, as well as its collaboration with other security agencies. HRH also expressed appreciation for the Ministry's ongoing efforts to adopt modern technologies to enhance Bahrain’s security and achieve national goals.

On behalf of the MOI personnel, His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah thanked HRH for his recognition and commended his commitment to strengthening the Kingdom's security personnel. He reiterated the Ministry’s dedication to fulfilling Bahrain’s security needs while supporting its ambitious national development programs.

The iftar banquet was also attended by His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and several senior officials.
