The Bahrain Cricket Federation extended a grand welcome to the victorious national cricket team upon their arrival at Bahrain International Airport following an extraordinary four-nation tour.
Leading the celebrations were Mr. Mansoor Mohammad, Chairman of the Advisory Board, alongside Mr. Sami Ali, President, Mr. Ali Yousif Lori, Advisor to the Board, and Mr. Anthony Poulose, Advisor to the Board. Enthusiastic cricket fans and proud families gathered to honor the team’s remarkable achievements.
Bahrain showcased outstanding performances throughout the tour, securing a dominant 4-1 series victory over Indonesia, sweeping Singapore 3-0, and clinching the Malaysia Tri-Nation Tournament title with a decisive win against Hong Kong. These victories have propelled Bahrain to 25th place in the ICC T20 rankings, marking a significant milestone in the nation’s cricketing journey.
The celebratory atmosphere at the airport reflected the pride and excitement of Bahrain’s cricketing community as they hailed their champions for an unforgettable campaign.
