His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, has directed the launch of a monthly draw for Bahraini youth, awarding a cash prize of BHD 1,000. The initiative falls under the Employee Loyalty Rewards Program, managed by Mohubbi Al Amal Company, in celebration of Bahraini Youth Day.
Ayman bin Tawfiq Al Moayyed, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and Chairman of the Hope Fund Board of Directors, highlighted that this initiative aims to showcase and publicly acknowledge the positive attributes of Bahraini youth. It also seeks to encourage continued dedication and contribution through incentive-based rewards, determined by years of service in participating companies and institutions.
The monthly draw and cash prize are exclusive to employees of institutions and companies registered under Mohubbi Al Amal Company’s Employee Loyalty Rewards Program. The company has invited all businesses to register for the program, which selects winners from among Bahraini employees under the age of 35 each month.
Al Moayyed emphasized that the initiative is part of the national strategy for youth empowerment, designed to highlight Bahraini youth talent and foster a supportive work environment that values their contributions. He noted that service duration is not only a criterion for receiving rewards but also a genuine recognition of employees’ efforts and positive impact in their workplaces.
“Our goal is to highlight the role of Bahraini youth as active partners in the long-term development of their institutions and in building sustainable careers. This aligns with Bahrain’s economic and developmental vision,” Al Moayyed stated. He reaffirmed that Bahraini youth remain the driving force behind national development and a key pillar in achieving the Kingdom’s aspirations across various sectors.
The monthly youth draw targets young Bahrainis employed in participating companies and institutions. Winners are selected based on their years of service, reflecting their dedication and continuity in the workforce. All companies in Bahrain are encouraged to join the program and participate in the initiative by registering their employees through Mohubbi Al Amal Company, thereby enhancing opportunities for youth motivation and fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
Currently, several leading companies and institutions have joined the program, recognizing the importance of supporting and empowering national talent. The Hope Fund continues to welcome all businesses wishing to participate in this national initiative, encouraging them to engage with the Mohubbi Al Amal team to contribute to creating an inspiring and youth-friendly work environment in both the public and private sectors.
