BSE set to hold general assembly

The Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE) has announced that its General Assembly will take place at the Society’s headquarters in Juffair on Sunday, April 6, to elect four new members to its Board of Directors for the 2025-2027 term.
Engineer Hiam Al-Maskati, Secretary and External Relations Officer of the Society, noted that the Board of Directors had approved the list of candidates following a review of all submitted applications.
Five candidates had applied for Board membership, and four will be elected for a two-year term.
The list of candidates includes Engineer Badr Salmeen, Engineer Jaafar Mohammed Ali, Engineer Habib Al-Jabouri, Engineer Ali Jaber Al-Qattan, and Engineer Majed Sharaf.
Dr. Raeda Al-Alawi will continue as the Society’s president for the coming year, alongside four members of the current board — Eng. Hiam Al-Maskati, Eng. Huda Sultan Mubarak, Eng. Sheikha Al-Khalasi, and Eng. Farid Bushehri.
