The session was attended by distinguished representatives of the GCC legislative councils. On the GRULAC side, the meeting was led by His Excellency Manzoor Nadir, Speaker of the Parliament of Guyana and Chair of GRULAC, with the participation of several parliamentarians from Latin America and the Caribbean, who expressed their warm welcome to the Gulf delegation and highlighted their interest in fostering dialogue and joint cooperation.
