HM King visits BDF General Command

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), paid a visit to the BDF General Command today.

Upon his arrival, His Majesty was welcomed by Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the BDF. He was accompanied by Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander. Also present were Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff, along with a number of senior officers.

During the visit, His Majesty was briefed on the BDF’s strategic development plans across all branches and units. He commended the dedication and professionalism of BDF personnel, highlighting their unwavering commitment to protecting the Kingdom and upholding its security and stability.

His Majesty also praised the accomplishments of the BDF’s military manufacturing sector, particularly its role in advancing national defence capabilities through the efforts of skilled professionals and modern technologies. He emphasized that these achievements reflect the strength and competence of the BDF.

Before concluding the visit, His Majesty instructed senior officers to extend his heartfelt greetings and appreciation to all BDF personnel, both within Bahrain and stationed abroad.
