Bahrain International Airport Achieves Top Honors in 2025 Skytrax Awards

Bahrain International Airport (BIA) has garnered multiple accolades in the 2025 Skytrax World Airport Awards, reinforcing its status as a leading global aviation hub.
In the latest rankings, BIA was named the world's cleanest airport among facilities handling up to 25 million passengers annually. It also secured the top position globally in the 5–10 million passengers category. Additionally, BIA ranked second for best airport staff service in the Middle East and third worldwide for best airport immigration services.
These honors complement BIA's recent achievement of a 5-Star Airport rating from Skytrax for the fourth consecutive year, a distinction that highlights the airport's commitment to excellence in facilities and customer service.
Gulf Air Group Chairman Khalid Hussain Taqi expressed pride in the airport's accomplishments, stating, "Receiving the Skytrax 5-Star Airport rating for the fourth consecutive year is a tremendous honor and a testament to our commitment to excellence."
