His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of thanks from His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the United Arab Emirates Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, in response to HM’s cable of condolences on the passing of the late Sheikha Hessa bint Hamid bin Abdul Rahman Al Shamsi.
