The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) and Invita have partnered to enhance accessibility for the hearing-impaired through Nasmaakum, an innovative sign language mobile application developed by Invita to promote inclusivity for individuals with hearing and speech impairments across Bahrain.

This collaboration is set to revolutionize communication standards, empowering businesses and individuals to bridge the gap between the hearing-impaired community and the wider society. Nasmaakum will enable Tamkeen to communicate with customers with hearing and speech impairments, opening the door for them to benefit from Tamkeen’s support.

Mr. Esam Hammad, Executive Director of Customer Experience at the Labour Fund “Tamkeen,” expressed pride in this initiative which reflects Tamkeen’s commitment to offering the highest levels of service to all members of society through various channels.
