Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam and His Excellency Ibrahim bin Hassan Al Hawaj, Minister of Works, paid a visit to inspect the second phase of the Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah Avenue development project.
The visit was attended by MP Mohsen Ali Al Asbool, representative of the ninth constituency in the Capital Governorate; and Shaikh Mishaal bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Works.
The Speaker and the MP were briefed on the details of the project, which is among the strategic initiatives planned by the ministry, with support from the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.
Al Musallam commended the ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure services, reflecting the Kingdom of Bahrain’s sustainable development progress under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the followup of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He emphasised that such projects represent real investments in Bahrain’s future and meet the needs of citizens and residents.
