His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, received Vice Admiral George Wikoff, Commander of the United States Naval Forces Central Command and Commander of the Fifth Fleet.
Lieutenant General Tariq Al Hassan, Chief of Public Security, was present. The minister commended the strategic partnership and close relations between the Kingdom and the US, particularly the exchange of expertise across various areas of security cooperation.
The meeting reviewed programmes of security cooperation and coordination aimed at enhancing joint efforts and serving the interests of both countries.
