Kingdom supports Palestine’s new leadership reform

The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomes the decision of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) to appoint Hussein Al Sheikh as Deputy President of the Executive Committee of the PLO and Deputy President of the State of Palestine.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed Bahrain’s steadfast support for the PLO, the legitimate representative of the Palestinian people, in its reform efforts to enhance institutional development, strengthen national unity, and pursue the restoration of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
