Jerusalem Fragrance launched

The Royal Charity Organisation (RCO)'s Secretary-General, Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed has launched Jerusalem Fragrance in the presence of the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Taha Abdulqader, several ambassadors, officials, businesspeople, heads of charity societies and media representatives. The proceeds of the product sale will go to Palestinian people in Jerusalem.
On this occasion, Dr. Al Sayed thanked HM the King the Honourary President of the Royal Charity Organisation, for His Majesty the King's attention and directives to support the Palestinian brethren, which reflects the Kingdom's firm stance in support of the Palestinian just cause. He outlined the RCO's various projects the latest of which was the Bahrain Library in the holy city of Jerusalem undertaken under by the Organisation led by HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa the Representative of HM the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Charity Organisation, with huge unlimited support by the Kingdom's government.

Dr. Al Sayed said the product was a gift to Al Quds Al Sharif and will support the Palestinian people and their just cause, expressing gratitude to the Palestinian Ambassador, Taha Abdulqader, Dar Al Teeb (i.e. the House of Fragrance) company and Tricom Group for this generous initiative of allocation of the proceeds of the fragrance sale in favour of Jerusalemite Palestinian citizens.

The Palestinian ambassador congratulated HM the King, the Government and people of the Kingdom of Bahrain on the National Day and HM the King's Accession Anniversary.

The ambassador said the launching of the product fortunately coincides with the Kingdom's celebration of the National Day, hailing the Kingdom's constant support to the Palestinian cause which is the norm of the Bahraini people, at the same time voicing his appreciation of the Kingdom's leadership, government and people for their continuous support. 

He said the Palestinian leadership and people, especially in Al Quds Al Sharif led by President Mahmoud Abbas (Bu Mazin) highly appreciate these initiatives that support our people and their struggle on their territory in the face of Israeli brutality. The launching he said comes at a time our people have stood up and in resistance and defended the holy mosque, Hebron (Ibrahim's) and Islamic and Christian holy places in Jerusalem as well as all Palestinian cities and encampments. 

The ambassador conveyed the greetings of President Bu Mazin to the producers of the fragrance and the Royal Charity Organisation and his appreciation of this initiative which will leave its great positive effect in the very hearts-and-souls of our brave people.

Tricom's board chairman and CEO, Tariq Wafa, said the concept of producing Jerusalem fragrance began with the support of the Palestinian embassy, led by ambassador Abdulqader, in the aftermath of the criminal Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip. He added "as we launch the product, we contribute in what the Kingdom of Bahrain's constant unwavering support the Palestinian issue at various functions, praising the patronage of RCO Secretary-General Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed of this ceremony and lauding the great philanthropic, humanitarian deeds undertaken by the Royal Charity Organisation.
