Legal proceedings against three inciters
The General Director of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science announced that his department has taken legal proceedings against seven persons for participating in an illegal gathering. The statements of four people were taken before they were released. Three other people were interviewed and then referred to the Public Prosecution.
The General Director said legal proceedings were taken against them for incitement of hatred against the government and contempt of the judicial and legislative authorities during a gathering on 27 December 2015. The General Director concluded by denouncing intentional lawbreaking and incitement to target the security of the nation. (PMC)
