King receives RBAF pilot, praises BDF servicemen

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received at Al Sakhir Air Base yesterday the Royal Bahraini Air Force (RBAF) Pilot Flying Officer Ali Jassim Al-Salim, who returned home after his fighter jet crashed last Wednesday while he was undertaking his national duty on the southern borders of Saudi Arabia within the Saudi-led Arab Coalition’s “Operation Decisive Storm” and “Operation Restoring Hope”.

HM King Hamad welcomed the pilot, and lauded his outstanding courage and competence, wishing him further success in performing his duties, alongside his brethren from the Arab Coalition to defend right and legitimacy. 

HM the King praised the courage and valour of the servicemen of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) while assuming the national duties assigned to them, wishing them further success.

Pilot Ali Jassim Al-Salim extended sincere thanks, appreciation and gratitude to HM King Hamad, stressing that the kind royal support will stimulate him to continue assuming his sacred national duties, alongside RBAF personnel.
