Era of good ties
Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa yesterday held a meeting with the Ambassador of the United States to the Kingdom of Bahrain, William Roebuck, at Gudaibiya Palace.
During the meeting, Prince Salman emphasised the importance of continuing to support all efforts to protect the region’s security and stability. HRH the Crown Prince stressed that the continued efforts were underpinned by the commitment of Bahrain and the international community to foster peace, stability, and mutual respect among all countries.
Prince Salman and William Roebuck then discussed bilateral relations between Bahrain and the US, including ways to build on the countries’ strategic and long-standing ties.
Other issues of shared interests, as well as on-going efforts to combat extremist ideologies were also discussed during the meeting between them.
