Graphic designer dies of heart attack
An Indian man who has been living in Bahrain for the last 17 years died of heart attack today morning at his Umm Al Hassam accommodation.
Anil Kumar (49) was working at Union Press as a graphic designer. He hails from Panthirankavu, Kozhikkode, in the south Indian state of Kerala.He suffered from chest pain this morning just as he woke up. He fell unconscious, as he was getting ready to go to the hospital.
He was suffering from blood pressure and diabetes.
He leaves behind wife Sajitha, sons Akshay and Abhishek back home. He was the president of Union Charity for over 10 years and has headed several charitable activities in Bahrain.
His body, which is kept at Salmaniya Medical Complex mortuary, is expected to be repatriated soon. Union Group of Company chairman Ahmed Fahad Al Kuwari and managing director Fahad Al Kuwari marked their condolences.
