It’s fun time at malls

As part of ‘Shop Bahrain’ festival, the largest event in the Kingdom, the participating malls have hosted a variety of in-mall activities last weekend.

Multiple in-mall activities were launched last Thursday at the participating malls across the Kingdom including the ‘Selfie Station’ activity that was hosted at Reef Mall.

This activity provided visitors the opportunity to take a selfie with their friends and family members.

Seef Mall Muharraq hosted ‘Betty Balloon’ sculptures and games over the weekend that was enjoyed by kids. The show that captivated the public with story-telling and balloon twisting was aimed at developing the kids’ imagination.

Saar Mall also hosted the ‘Kids Painting’ activity on Friday for kids visiting the mall who enjoyed learning the basic drawing skills as they unleashed their creativity.

In addition, two in-mall activities were also launched and will continue for a week long, they are the ‘Rock Climbing’ activity at Bahrain Mall which is held from 10am to 10pm, and the ‘Big Names’ activity at City Center Bahrain; which is from 4pm-5pm from 6pm-7pm and 8pm-9pm.

The activity provides the mall visitors with the opportunity to interact and take pictures with their favourite historical figures such as Coco Chanel, Albert Einstein, Mozart, and Walt Disney.

The Reverse Bungee Jumping activity also continues at Al A’ali Shopping Complex throughout the festival. This activity offers visitors of all ages the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience.

‘Shop Bahrain’ aims at mirroring the Kingdom’s position as an accessible and welcoming destination for families and visitors from across the region by providing a distinctive shopping experience filled with special offers and entertainment. ‘Shop Bahrain’ is the largest nationwide festival with a unique 30-day celebration of Bahrain’s heritage, hospitality and tourism offering the entire family running until January 23.
