FACED opens Clinics and Medical Centre
The Farouk Almoayyed Centre for Enterprise Development (FACED) announced the launch of Clinics and Medical Services Centre during the first quarter of 2016.
The Centre, located at Salmaniya Area, provides specialized clinics equipped with the latest medical equipment and can serve more than 54 doctors.
Commenting on the move, Chairman of the centre Farouk Almoayyed said, “This centre completes our previous initiative which aimed to support SMEs and troubled businesses by providing them with logistical support as well as counselling.”
The centre acts as an incubator for a period of up to two year and would serve doctors with low cost and fully equipped clinics to help them start up their own clinics or hospitals in the future.
“Following their success in managing FACED, we are very happy to hand over the management of the Clinics and Medical Services Centre to Bahrain SMEs Development Society headed by Ahmed Subah Al Saloom, while the medical supervision will be entrusted to Dr. Fadheela Mohammed Haider, head of clinics and medical centres development committee at the society,” Almoayyed added.
“One of the main challenges that faces new clinic centres is the availability of car parks, and this centre offer sufficient park spaces according to the requirements of Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning,” said Ahmed Subah
