Bahrain marks Gulf Patient Rights Day

Health Minister Faeqa bint Saeed Al Saleh said that the Ministry would continue providing latest hi-tech health services and had allocated required budget to achieve that goal. 

In a statement marking the Gulf Patient Rights Day, she said, “The Health Ministry had taken the initiative to enforce the Convention on Rights and Duties of Patients related to Primary and Secondary Health Care and compliance therewith by healthcare services providers in the Kingdom.” 

The Minister also expressed gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who have placed the citizen’s health and welfare on top of national priorities.
