Last French film before Ramadan today at 7pm

The Alliance Française and the French Embassy will present the French film Love is the Perfect Crime today at 7pm in French Cinema Club “Café des Images”.
The film, by Arnaud and Jean-Marie Larrieu, with Mathieu Amalric, Karin Viard, Maïwenn, Sara Forestier and Denis Polydalès, will be the last movie of the club to be shown before Ramadan.
However, screenings will resume in September, according to the schedule, one film on every first Tuesday of each month.
The film tells the story of a professor of Literature at the University of Lausanne, Marc, who has a reputation for having a string of love affairs with his students. A few days after the disappearance of one of the most brilliant among them, he meets Anna who is searching for more information about her missing daughter-in-law.
Meanwhile, a special tribute will be paid to the Bahraini director Mohammed Jasim with the screening of his short stop-motion film, The Last Drop of Oil (2012).
The show will be free for the members of the Alliance française, while non-members will be charged BD2.
