ISO certification renewed
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce yesterday announced it has passed the external audit process and renewed its certification for Quality Management System ISO 9001.
The Ministry said the authority for quality certification Bureau Veritas company has completed the annual audit of the ministry in accordance with international ISO 9001 quality management system and has recommended to extend the validity of the ministry’s certificate as it meets all requirements. Commenting on the certification, the ministry, in a statement, said it considers the application of ISO 9001 as one of the most important approaches to improve performance and raise the quality of the services provided.
The ministry also said it is keen on keeping its pace in accordance with the development of international standard ISO 9001 by training its working team.
