Plea for gender change rejected
A woman, who underwent a penile implant surgery, has had her transsexual proposal rejected before the High Administrative Court. She is said to have also had several surgeries to amputate her female organs as she was attempting to become a male.
But judges at the court stated that she was still having female chromosomes, thus she cannot be officially considered as a man. The woman filed the case in order to have a male name as well as to have her gender changed.
