Education minister attends workshop
A batch of 59 Mathematics teachers attended a training workshop on the implementation of the numerical strategy in the first intermediate classes.
Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi visited the Training and Professional Development Directorate and attended part of the workshop. The innovative numerical strategy is currently implemented on an experimental basis at eight intermediate schools in Bahrain.
The minister was briefed on the training of teachers on skills and competences which represent the core of numerical strategy, integrating technology in teaching Mathematics and training students on problem solving in an interactive learning environment.
