BBK and FCTG Tennis tournament: Adliya Financial Mall win

BBK Adliya Financial Mall defeated the BBK Riffa Financial Mall 5-0 in division two of the Eleventh Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) and Filipino Club Tennis Group (FCTG) Western Union Team Tennis Tournament, being held at Bahrain Tennis Federation premises in Isa Town.
Adliya Financial Mall kicked off with a win when Savvas and Bhanu defeated Wesley and Angel 6-3, 6-1, followed by Manni and Ben with a 6-1, 6-4 win over Emil and Viomel and Andy and Khalid fought hard to defeat Elvie and Janey 6-3, 3-6, 10-3.
Mariam and Karen crushed the pairing of Jona and Roy 6-0, 6-0 to make it 4-0 and Zoe and Alia secured the last victory winning 6-2, 7-5 over Nely and DJ.
In Division One action, BBK Budaiya Financial Mall edged out Home Secura in a tight match 3-2 . Budaiya Financial Mall raced to an early 2-0 lead when Dennis and Jun defeated Greg and Yousif 6-2, 6-1 and Ronald and Reniel beat Ferdie and Rico 6-3, 6-3.
Home Secura clawed its way back with consecutive victories by Ramil and Sanny 6-3, 6-3 against Mar and Ato and Jan Alexis and Roldan coming from a set down to win 6-7, 6-1, 10-7 over Ely and Michael tp level the match at 2-2.
In the decisive fifth match, Omar and Buboy from Budaiya Financial Mall scored an all-important 6-4, 6-3 win against Norman and Manny to secure a 3-2 victory.
