Airline staff appeal rejected in smuggling of artificial sex organs

Manama : A court has rejected the appeal of an air cabin crew member convicted of smuggling artificial male sex organs. The 48-year-old was earlier fined BD100 for his crime after the court found him guilty of bringing ‘obscene objects’ to the Kingdom.

The convict was detained at the Bahrain International Airport for hiding three artificial male sex organs after arriving from Bangkok.

He was caught during a routine check-up, and court documents indicated that the objects were stashed in his trouser pocket and luggage.

During interrogation, the convict claimed that he had brought them for his friends, who were facing ‘sexual disorders.’
